Dragos

One of Mochran's rivals, the wielder of one of the Eternal Blades, Deathbringer, which can use the air around it to create pure flames, and part of the Dragonic race of Titenus, the sole descendant of the Dragonic Royal Family, Emenzil's first-in-charge, right hand general of the demon armies, and the immortal fighter that fights in high speed and power - It's Dragos.
Dragos has a lot of fire based abilities, so many of his attacks will set opponents aflame.
Dragos would almost be an unfair character. His attacks have the strength of about Marth or Fox, and he'd have a pretty high speed too, plus multiple juimps of up to four times, and a good recovery. He would be considered a very high tier.
However, Dragos, although having great recovery, falls very fast and is very hard to time jumps to get maximum height. He is difficult to send flying but his knockback speed is very high, making hits at high damage lethal.

As in, NOT balanced <.<

Means when a character has many strengths, but not enough weaknesses to keep the character in check.

Dragos, for example, is a powerful character yet is very fast in both running and attack speed. Usually a power character such as Ike or Donkey Kong would have slight delays in attacks and such so that they wouldn't be above other characters. THEREFORE *pause* Dragos is an unbalanced character.

He's not at the strength level of Ike or DK, nor at the speed level of sonic. His strength, I'd say, would be like Link or Mario, and his speed like Marth.
So it's not like uber, uber, but like flat out even.

We don't know how much damage he does from his attacks, so therefore we cannot conclude that they are powerful. Furthermore, the neutral special has a good delay time, especially when it's charged.
