In air the cloud form below her and she lands on it.35.[ ]Down Special- Thunderstorm Tempo Charge- Uncharged Cloud- Uncharged Projectile- Charged Cloud- Charged Projectile- Hit- The clouds that form from this special will stay on the field for a set amount of time or until it is attacked. The projectile from the uncharged cloud only stuns, the charged projectile does damage as well stuns. It's called tornado tempo, and I'm pretty sure that the perfect clima-tact can't use it. It could possibly be mirage tempo: fata morgana, though I don't see how it would work out. Maybe paired with thunder lance tempo... | |
