Yusuke Urameshi expansion

This may be completely uncalled for, because I have no idea how to do sprites and stuff, but I was wondering about an expansion character. Around where I am from I know a lot of people who like SSF2, but they also like Shonen Jump. We all like Yu Yu Hakusho, and I was wondering if someone can do a Yusuke expansion. His Demon Form could be his Final Form.

Ganon The Great did one a while ago, its on the old site and it sort of died.

Ganon has to bring it up to current standards, 'cause the requirements for a character have changed.

Thank you, but I was wondering, if someone showed me how to do it. I could do it myself, and it could have his final form as Demon Yusuke

Well does anyone have a good sprite sheet then, maybe he can be my first animation since I do not see anyone actively making him.
