My ideas for use.

I just got here so I don't know how many of these are claimed but:

Animaniacs- Yakko, Wakko, and Dot.

Jazz Jackrabbit- Jazz Jackrabbit

Kratos
Attack ideas for Kratos- N Special: Plume of Prometheus - A quick and powerful combo ending in a fiery finish
F Special: Valor of Hercules - A powerful but slow multiple hit combo that sends enemies flying back
D Special: Cyclone of Chaos - Rapidly swing your blades, hitting all surrounding enemies multiple times
U Special: Rampage of the Furies- Quickly swing your blades in this multiple hit aerial attack.
FS: Either Rage of the Gods or Rage of the Titans

Mas, it's been a long time we met since SC's forum stopped working. Good to see you again.

Also, you should really start making expansions yourself. All you have to do is learn how to animate and edit(spriting doesn't hurt). Then you may actully get respect from these people for creating good, high quality expansions.

You're thinking of the wrong Kratos. The one in game is Tales of Symphonia's Kratos Aurion. They're talking about the Kratos from God of War.
