Well, there is cut off in the sprite sheet and if you look it is there in Shadow Kirby's Hibari. And does it still shake? Because I tried to fix it. | |

| Yeah, it moves to the side at some point. Its more noticeable towards the bottom of the effect. | |

| Honestly, the Neutral Special you have should be the Up Tilt.
Neutral should be cloud hedgehog,
Up could be an Aether type thing iunno
and Down could be Kusakabe's entrance, though I dunno what that would do. Maybe Kusakabe could replace Hibari's box weapon? | |
