Most of those animations need reworking.

No. Most are either too fast, lazy, or just wrong.

Which ones?

Item throw/swing, all throws + grab + pummel, down special, crouch, up smash and up special are all lazy and wrong.
Item throw/swing: Looks wrong, wouldn't stay in place with feet in the air.
All throws + grab + pummel: Half-assed, needisaymoar?
Down special: Half-assed, needisaymoar?
Crouch: Looks wrong, who would use a complicated position when you could just bend your freaking legs?
Up smash: Does it actually look like it would damage?
Up special: Okay, maybe finicky, but it just doesn't look right for the character.

Forward Special and Neutral Special should be switched.

This. Sorry but you could've done alot better. Also all of his Specials should be rearranged/reworked IMO.

Ganon, permission to start completely over? He's your expansion after all.

That's fine.

Also, you might want to change the selection box from "Buu" to "Majin Buu" or "Kid Buu". Just to avoid confusion with Fat Buu.

Hang recover should be redone.
Also here's Kid Buu Fspecial/Nspecial projectile FX animated.
I got some Kid Buu vocal sfx if you want them.

Fix the block.

The neutral A moves have significantly cheap range. Also, the final smash is very cheap.

TheBeams shold be Pink like in the show.

Everything but the knockback and block just doesn't look right and I just animated the Nspecial projectile ya know.

I'd say the Neutral Air works aswell.
