It is decent… but it's too stiff for my money.

The idle could have more movement. (I don't care if it moves the same way as SSF2 Mega Man, just as long as it works.)

Becuase EVERY idle needs to have there knees bending and ther'ye arms swaying back and forth, right?

OK, fine; you can do whatever you want with the idle.

But the neutral smash just goes from the idle to the punch. That does not look natural to me.

DJ, Have you ever even seen an NES game before? The movement is choppy like that.

I have. I've also seen NES Mario.
But that's besides the point. If he just has a frame with his arm pulled back right before he punches, that would be OK by me.

Ya see DJ, Te hand is in front, so all he would to do is a simple punch. Ive actually tried doing what you said in real life, and trust me, it feels akward. Im not trying to be mean or assy, the just how it is. Maybe I could speed it up?

Yes it does, if you open a transparent gif Beneton rapes the pics and copies the first frame to every other frame.
