On the 2nd forums in a topic about expansions I saw Master Chief & Spongebob; it said these characters & characters from their series can't be expansions, as they were denied by Mcleod himself.

It's been told that Halo is never gonna be accepted into SSF2. You can try if you want but I doubt the devs will code him in
