| -Cutman, The Robot Master from the Original Megaman Game, has arrived! He was supposedly the easiest one to defeat, thanks to his utter weakness to Guts Blocks. He has upgraded himself for his jump into the Smash Flash ring, tricked out with some new, sharp moves! Most everything is the same, yes. I did make several improvements, I want it to be as close to an already programmed fighter as possible. The only reason its taking so long, is that Maris Animation software keeps breaking. | |

| It's not that it's too long, it's that it jumps. There needs to be another frame. The combo barely has any range: -First hit: Literally no range, spastastic. -Second hit: Still no range. -Third hit: Fine, has range, but it is very badly done - the attack doesn't seem like an attack. it's much too slow. It doesn't have the feeling of being strong, unless you want Cutman to be a pipsqueak. | |

If I made a spike sort of thing come out of his wrist for the neutral, would it be better? The combo is supposed to go like this- After Cutman hits with the Neutral, his other hand is supposed to knock the opponent into the air, and then Cutman snips at them with his cutter. Actually, Cutman is supposed to be somewhat of a Pipsqueak, being depicted as a child and all in several instances. | |
