Star Wars! (Help plz?)

I found some excellent sprite sheets for Anakin Skywalker, General Grievous and Count Dooku from Star Wars (I wanted to do armored Darth Vader, but he doesn't have enough sprites in order to make an adequate SSF2 character):

Anyone want to claim these guys, but if not, what programs do you need to use in order to make animations for an expansion character, and how do you do it? I'm generally good with learning new programs quickly (Photoshop, etc.), so I'd probably be able to do the animations myself during my spare time (with a bit of help).

EDIT: I found several tutorials. I can probably buy Animation Shop during the summer and start making the animations after my school exams are done - the problem is, how much experience do you need?

EDIT 2: I can't work on any SSF2 characters until the summer, so until then Anakin, Grievous and Dooku are still up for grabs.

I'm guessing that for Grievous' Final Smash, he'd reveal his two extra arms and start attacking with four lightsabers (since it would only require slight modification of existing sprites, it probably wouldn't be much trouble to do) - I'd probably need help with that, though, but it's nothing like creating a completely new set of sprites from scratch.

You can animate using Beneton which is free and all you need to know is copy and paste, as for the sprites you can't have shadows so they need to be removed.

I can't work on them until mid-June, though, so until then I won't claim them - they'll still be up for grabs, plus I'm sure that other people would do a better job than me :p

When the time comes, I'll claim Anakin or Grievous if they haven't been claimed yet.

As far as I'm aware they've all been attempted, but they've have been cancelled.
