One frame in the pipe is wrong. It goes too fast at the end.

BTW, you seemed to notice 'one' frame too fast in a 10 frames a second image, and you didn't see the screwy leg on my idle. Is that carelessness, or is the warp pipe distracting?

In one frame of the idle, the cloke suddenly slows down when it was moving in the wind. Also, the hook shines way too often.

It's by Storm, it doesn't seem that permission is required, but credit is needed. I'll ask him about permission just in case.
The only problem with the sheet is the white background, which matches the hook shine and the eyes, but it shouldn't be hard to fix. And it's not really that the sprites are better, but the sheet is in general.

Neither does the normal sheet, aside from stunned. But you can use the normal sheet's stunned.

Yeah, that doesn't look right.
Get rid of frame 6 and 7 and it should be fine.
Trust me, I know what I'm doing.
Run coming up soon.
EDIT: Here's the run.
