There has been a small amount of communication between me, and Brad Talking about FPM making an appearance as an expansion character in SSF2.

It may happen at this point. But no decision has been made, yet.

As awesome as Fancy Pants Man is and as cool as it would be for him to appear, I highly doubt this will happen even IF you get permission

I use Kongregate, Newgrounds, MochiGames, and GameNode(which probably none of you have heard of.). Anyways There's no particular reason why I used a Kongregate link. You said that there's no way that it will get in without Brad saying yes you didn't read my full post.
Me and brad have been emailing each other about the possibility of using the NGR sprites(more would have to be added though) in SSF2.

Oh and there is still no conformation.
