Explanation: When the destructo disk is used, all time stops. No one moves at all while Krillin uses his final smash. When the destructo disk makes contact, it gives the opponent about 70% damage and gives about the same amount of knockback as link's final smash. The destructo disk goes through any obstacles, even walls. When it touches one person, time comes back. So it is really rare to get 2 people with the same final smash.

I just think that the final smash doing 70% is a lot since it freezes time, but everything seems okay.

Well, remember, it's incredibly rare to hit two people so It's pretty much like a better version of links final smash but they both have their pros and cons.
The destructo disk is almost an instant ko but it can usually only ko one person per use.
The tri-force slash does less damage and not as much chance as an instant ko but it can hit multiple people.
So I think it evens out.

I know this sounds really stupid, but what does situational mean?

Looking good so far, the FS is a little shaky though, I'd redo it.

I think you're right.
Krillin does use different moves so I'll replace kamehameha with Double Tsuihikidan.
It looks really cool.

That's what it said it did on the dragon ball wiki.
I think the destructo disk should be chargeable though and the longer you charge it, the bigger it gets.
I would make it take a lot longer to charge though.
I love the after image technique idea!
Maybe, he could stay in his spot with about 70% transparency and then he appears above the clone then the clone disappears.
I thought about making it able to control and go in different directions.
I didn't even know that was solar flare.
Solar flare is usually white, is it not?
I thought I'd make it a counter.
If the opponent hits the yellow wave, it turns white on the whole screen, then you hear the sound of fists beating on the opponent.
Because the wave is so big, I thought I'd make it less cheap and say it's good for damage but gives absolutely no knockback.
I totally forgot about scattering bullet!
Great idea.
The only problem I see is that he only used scattering bullet twice and destructo disk is his signature.
But maybe it's better because he'll use his neutral special more than his fs.
What do you think about some of those ideas?

Double Tsuihikidan should be controllable, so you unleash it and like Snake's rocket, you should be able to control it, just to make it less cheap.

But it's a beam.
You can't control a beam in a game.
It's too hard to animate because you would have to have an animation of it turning directions.

It was on the last forum and had all of it's non-attack animation.

The F.S. should be the Side Special, and the F.S. should be Scattering energy beam:shoots a yellow energy wave in the air and sends it down as no more than 6 balls that slowly home on enemies.
