Ok, mewtwo, although that animation presents some problems it's well animated...
Here's 3 tips
- try not to make the size of the animation that bigger unless the sprite has relatively the same size, it just wastes space, weighten them and stretch your posts
- second, some animations don't explain themselves, specially specials, you could add a brief description of how does this attack/motion works
- plan the attack moveset before you animate it, have it as a key for your sucess, try discussing with other people if you run out of ideas.
Follow all the principles and you'll become better with practice and time.
