Why was I banned on expansions itself?

It also said I'm banned till wednesday the 22nd of September and it was issued on my username. Not even lock threatened to go that low yet in a PM that said if I say something stupid and retarded I'm banned for 3 days then 4 if I do it again. And there's nothing controversial or meme-related about my username. It's Door Key Pig, like Dorky Pig and it's an anagram of PokeGyroid.
I want to find if this is a mistake or at least a clearer reason why.

No, he PM'ed me he'd ban me for three days if I say something uncalled for and retarded. Then 4 days if I do it again. He said it was a new rule for me.
I could repost my expansions, but I'd have to update everything, maybe including the checklist, and expansion topics here may be considered old topics and, again, won't these be shut down evantually? I don't see a reason for keeping both forms open, since the newer one is better.
