BG color?

Does there need to be a specific color to an animation?

Or, what can animate images without a BG? I have several image with no BG, or with a Black one. Although, the animator im using cant animate the non-BG ones without giving it White.

You can have any color as your bg just not white
and Beneton can make animations transparent.

Allow me to rephrase what the mexican nekokid just said.
You can have any color as the background, as long as it is not a color on the sprite itself. Otherwise, when the animations are made transparent, the sections of the sprite that are the same color as the background will also become transparent. For instance, white BG + white eyeballs = HOLY SHIT HE HAS NO EYES.

They don't need to be transparent, but it'll save time in the long run.
