Bubbles (not the Power Puff girls one)

You know, the good ol classic bubbles of the NES.

Well, he was started on the last forums by PokeGyroid, and now he exists in Dark Lord's NES game.

Yes, but it not a NES sprite, its an actual SHADED bubbles

Yeah, I'm making NES Bubbles right now as an expansion & NAS helpeer but you could make a shaded one as long as she has different moves. Here's his special moveset:
Special: Uses her high pitched sound rays to paralyze enemies.
Up special: Jumps up through one of those pink trampoline like things in the game.
Side special: Hits with a clock and whoever is hit gets sleepy.
Down special: Releases a Unira projectile.
Final Smash: Flies to the top of the screen, releases a high pitched sound ray & everyone is paralyzed for a couple of seconds, allowing Bubbles to KO them. Think Peach's Brawl Final Smash.
