Let's Finish Rukia!

Rukia is in my eyes the hardest JUS expansion to make. She's been tried and cancelled, tried and cancelled time and time again. So I've finished what I can and I want everyone here to try to finally finish her. She's around 80% done, it's just the difficult stuff that requires editing.

So do what you can, and feel free to improve on what I've done.

Notes To Programmer: This would use the same sort of programming for the Kamehameha. Plus add a counter so it's weaker the more it's used but builds power over time.

Rukia's counter is her surprisingly bad drawing skills, basically she starts drawing, if somebody hit's her while she's drawing he shows them the drawing, they're literally blown away by it's badness.
Notes To Programmer: Ok, you'll need to know the frames for this, just make it so if she's attacked between frames 3-9 of the first animation it initiated the counter, otherwise she'll just get hurt.

Umm, how is this hard?

She lacks in moves, and alot of her attacks don't really fit with Smash. Me and SK are two people for example that gave up on Rukia, but she must be repped as an expansion.

Maybe I can make the Back and Down Throw for you. (Only if you want.) I also found a theme for her. It is her theme called Wing-Stock

Seems to me that she doesn't need that much to finish her. And don't you already have too many expansions?

Ganon.... she's a JUS character, there's other JUS characters with a similar body type it's called editing.

What about Sokatsui(the blue fireball thing)? Not only does Rukia use it more often than Shakkahou, it's also in JUS, so it should be on the sheet. You should use it as the Side Special and change the current Side Special to the Side Smash or something.

It's not that we don't, it's that JUS didn't.

Because the JUS sheet was made before the espada arc, so she has only one attack on the sheet in soul reaper form (First Dance Tsugi no mai).

@jasper, for a second I thought I saw soikatsui, but it was just byakurai. So uh, yeah, she needs that too.

I've added you're Down Throw, but the Back Throw needs to be animated in place.

I think you should choose Classic 2 and Adventure 1. But that's just my choice.

Go with Classic 2. I don't care which Adventure you use, but if you use Adventure 2, you should move her so that she's more on the trophy stand.

Also, any idea's for the FS? I know it should be a full power Rukia technique, but I didn't read past the Save Rukia Arc.
