Yes, that's true. But, it has to be a decent animation and has to be accepted, or else someone else with the better version can take it, even if they're not the first.


Also.
This animation thrusts in sync with the tempo of Got to Get You Into My Life by the beatles.

What kind of sprite is that? You'll rarely see Deoxys with those colours. Just use the sprites off the sprite resorce and if you can't do that let someone else make it.

Why are you copying the preview?
If anything the idle should have the both arms in the DNA position, and work from there.
No pelvic thrust allowed.

Sprites still suck, and Deoxys should be able to switch between forms.

he will but im not shure if he will change only in some attacks or change with down special
