Now I was just writing what was wrong with the animations, when I saw toryn's sprites.
Those are much better.
Use those and start over.

i have never played the megaman zero so i wont really do it you can do that char yourselves

I don't make expansions anymore. I gave up when I hit sound effects for all my old ones.

Yeah, they're edits from the original Megaman X. Some of 'em aren't very good, but some of the others are decent.

Normal X was more of a character than Copy X, which was the boss of one of the MMZs.
MMX is fine.

What happened? Your Knuckles animations were great, these are blurry, shaky and unusable.

my friend who wasnt on the site was the one who was animating but he got a virus and i had to make animations

You have to make sure that the frames are the same size before you upload.

Can I take this over? I started it, but never actaully did any work on it.
