| The storm guardian of Varia, representing the Sin of Sloth, and the famed "Prince the Ripper", its Belphegor! Bel uses knives and can throw them for ranged attacks. Bel can attach invisible wires to the knives. If the knives hit a solid object or misses, the wire leading from Bel to the knife can damage people. A system of wires can be created by throwing knives in different directions trapping and damaging players until they disappear. Bel is similar to Lucario. Therefore, the more damage he has, the stronger his attacks are. After 150% damage, all of his attacks are triple in strength. His final form is his 10-years-future self. Adult Bel uses storm flames, which burn opponents and deal progressive damage. He also has a Storm Minx box weapon, which can launch flames and fly around, (controlled like PK thunder), and sets aflame all opponents it touches. His wires in the future can also be set aflame, creating a path of flame where ever his wires follow. If you hold the button or press it again, he will throw another knife, and you can continuously throw them. While in the loop, you can change the direction by pressing up, down, or back. With this method you can make a combination of wires that stay for a while. 26.[F]Side Special Description: Bel will summon 10 knives about him, then throw them all at high speed. They fly with storm flames coated around them; they will fly horizontally across the stage, passing through all opponents, and deal slight burn damage. 27.[F]Up Special Description: Bel throws a knive with a long wire attached at a diagonal angle. If it hits a ledge, it will tether him to it. If it hits an opponent, it will pass through them, and they will be spiked. 28.[F]Down Special Description: Bel will summon a ring of knives around the nearest opponent, which will track above the opponent for a few seconds, then all the knives will fall onto them. Deals massive damage, but can be easily shielded. Anyways fantastic work on Bel. Shishishi, of course I am. The ones I posted are the ones I had easy access to. And thanks. Just the irritating other stuff and I'll submit. | |

| The cursed white dots! They come from other sprites in the sheet unrelated to the animation, usually when I try to select only the strip and I accidently get some of the other stuff. Plus I cant see it while animating cuz its pure white...and so is FW's background when using transparent. I'll fix that. ...later on. | |

| Fireworks can have a colored backround, its just that i prefer having it transparent because its waaay easier when importing into flash. Flash has no magic wand tool so I'd have to select each part of background one by one until its gone. Which is why transparent is good- plus using FWs makes it easy to import directly into flash. | |

Beneton can have a colored background while animating and produces a transparent animation. That's what I meant.

| I assume he meant in general, because of Dorothy being in acception, and this being here. I'd say things with good progress go here, and things that are W.I.P's go there. I dunno really. | |

| Eh, I could technically post Dorothy in Solo but eh, its in acception cuz there are still lots of problems and not much progress.
I STILL HAVE TO FINISH THE OTHER. I know I said I'd get to it but, you know, laziness calls.
