MastermarioII, at least, I think that's his name... He had started him, but never finished I guess, I contacted him, and am pretty sure I have permission to finish(re-do you could say, these are all my animations) him. If there are any objections, my animations look smoother anyway.

Hitsugaya, that guy from Bleach makes a icy appearance as an Expansion character in SSF2.

I honestly have no idea who he is other than him being from Bleach, so, if there are any anime/manga specific moves I get wrong, let me know.

Looks good, the only problem I see is the Entrance. It looks a little weird, not sure what it is about it though. Probably the speed, but my comp views things at random speeds.

There should be another frame from when the ice expansions/explodes/disappears in the entrance, I remember there being more on the sheet

And yeah, MasterMario-what'sisface did it, but, is allowing me or something. Read top part.

Eh I'm pretty sure there's another frame in the expanding ice ring in the entrance.

I love the creativity that went into naming the Specials.

Its like 4kids meet Bleach! O_o

I dun think that's possible.... The show is about dead people, 4kids would make it 30 minutes of Kon, and nothing else.

I agree, maybe have him use the Ice Chunks on either side of him, it'd be more like a Down Smash that way.

True, your down tilt seems a better Down smash

I am confused about his final smash is it s form or one giant attack
