It's not, when throwing a shuriken the aim is to get the spiky ends in the skin, it wouldn't happen if itb was spinning the other way.

is good, but why does his idle is mid-crouching?. if it's for charging the raikiri makes absolutely no sense if it only does it at the FS, don't you think, also the mangekyou is a double-edge jutsu so saving it for the FS could be better.

Anyone here in favour of changing the N Special is Raikiri, S Special to Summoning Jutsu, Dash Attack to Shadow Clones, FS to Sharingan and come up with another Up Special?

As for the idle and the walk, JUS has no other sprites.

Yes, if by Sharingan you mean Mangekyo Sharingan.

How about Kakashi bends space in the center of the stage, making it kind of like a black hole or something, and players are attracted to it, somewhat like Kirby's FS. Eh, that's all I got, at least.

A couple other ideas:
1. Works like in JUS.
2. Works like Zelda/Shiek's, only it can't hit multiple enemies.
