How come? And are you saying he should jack monsters in his FS?
Currently I'm working on a Kart sprite (his CTR Kart) and his FS's run walk.

No, the kart is for his Back Throw, though I might use it as his Side Special in his FS.

FF move ideas:
Up Special: Rocket or Propeller
Side Special: Kart
And maybe I should swap the Special and down special; spin is like his signature move.
Any ideas for smashes?

Well, Here's what I think.
Side Smash: Slams Crystal on the ground.
Up Smash: Throws Aku-Aku up in the air and catches him.
I really can't think of a down smash.

Read the description. Basicly he reverses in his kart into his grabbed opponent, when the opponent isn't grabbed by Crash Aku Aku grabs him/her the way he did in a N-Tranced cut-scene.
I could swap the special and down special, but then I'd have to make a Kirby spinning sprite. I may also change the up special to the Jetpack.

Neutral Special swapped with Down Special
New Crouch added
New Knockback added
New Up Special added
New Entrance added
And if I made the kart his FS he'd be copying Peach, although it could be his FF Side Special. And Bandiboy, your Up Smash idea doesn't sound so suitable to me, it might be an Up Tilt though.
